Before, she gained two years of venture capital experience as investment manager at Baekeland Fonds II and as CEO of Viacatt. Prior to that, she worked for 7 years at Bekaert NV.

Previously over a period of 11 years, he has held various positions in R&D, product marketing and business management within the ICT-division of Siemens, working and traveling throughout Europe, US and Asia. He started his career in research with Philips in the Netherlands.

He has both extensive investment and industrial experience. Until recently and since 2000, Robert was sector head and partner in the global 3i venture team. Prior to that, he was divisional president and general manager within Danaher and Eurotherm in the UK and France. He started his career in HP's R&D department and thereafter became National Semiconductor's marketing manager for telecommunications in Europe.

He has been starting and growing technology businesses from both sides, as entrepreneur and investor. Jochen is dedicated to the concept of sustainability and sustainable innovation. Currently he is founder and CEO of Polysecure GmbH. Prior to that he founded VentureConsulting GmbH and since 1999 he is founder and largest investor of VentureInvest AG. He started his career as researcher at the University of Stanford and Stuttgart.

Ruud is currently CEO of Elite Executive Interim Management. He was previously Senior VP at Asia Pacific for Freecom Inc, Senior VP for Philips Semiconductor where he was responsible for the Display Solutions Business Unit worldwide, located in Taiwan. Prior to that he was responsible for World Wide Marketing of Philips Semiconductor Logic IC's, based in Silicon Valley. Ruud started his career at Philips in the Netherlands in 1984.
